The most accurate way to identify strengths and weaknesses within an establishment is to get ongoing feedback of your departments from the view of the people paying to stay there. By using this service you pick up on unsatisfied guests, providing opportunities for ‘Damage Control’, and you can identify potential ‘coaching’ needs. This is achieved through our Client Feedback Surveys which are done by three different means:

Customised Online Surveys that are accessed through emails and web links - from your website, the iReserve website and social media pages (Facebook, Twitter etc). With the advances in technology we aim to exceed expectation by providing monthly/bi-monthly reports which will identify top achievers in your staff and clarify your coaching needs. The reports will provide accurate statistics that you can compare to previous months and can be utilised to set future goals. By setting goals you can motivate your staff and reward them for achievements.
Telephonically, with call backs to your VIP guests or negative feedback guests to ensure that the ‘personal touch’ is always maintained. Our exceptional Telephone Consultants are trained in Telephone Etiquette and Customer Service, ensuring that your property is portrayed at a 6 star level of communication and service.

Thee Packages

Bronze 
Email templates sent through to your establishment as well as training on the procedures. You are then responsible for the sending out of the emails to your past week guests. We then combine and analyze the data, this data then gets put into a monthly report that will show the levels of performance in the different departments, it will show the comments left buy your guests and will have a graph that will show the progress for the month.  

Price: R9.99 per room per month (4 room guesthouse will pay R39.96 p/m)

Silver
Weekly online surveys sent through to your past week clients where by the guest will rate your establishment and it’s separate departments. This information is then compiled, analyzed and then put into a monthly report.

Price: R14.99 per room per month (4 room guesthouse will pay R59.96 p/m)

Gold
Weekly online surveys sent through to your past week clients where by the guest will rate your establishment and it’s separate departments. This information is then compiled, analyzed and then put into a monthly report.

We will provide telephonic after sale service to 5 of the guests per week. All the information will be recorded and put into the monthly report.

Platinum
Weekly online surveys sent through to your past week clients where by the guest will rate your establishment and it’s separate departments. This information is then compiled, analyzed and then put into a monthly report.

We will provide telephonic after sale service to 10 of the guests per week. All the information will be recorded and put into the monthly report. If there where any problem guests we will record them and their grievances and send through a weekly report to the guesthouse for recovery actions.
